After reviewing it she does a great job of breaking down the ladies movements. This is the only female specific DVD in the world that deals specifically with female movements in Zydeco.Erin Brandt is a massage therapist so she really knows her stuff and how and what muscles are used to make your Body Move!

1. The BodyMoves DVD is my original instructional DVD, breaking down the movements for women to be able to do most of the styling they'll see me do on the dance floor.
2. My newest DVD is a footwork DVD called Slide into Zydeco. Men can absolutely learn from it, but the steps are broken down from the follow's position.
